The door panels, F&R, should fit.  The difference between sedan and avant rear 
doors is the window carrier, the door skins will interchange.  Thus, the door 
panels should interchange also I would assume.

As far as the rear seats, they both fold down, but I would expect the avant rear 
seat might have some additional bracing maybe ?? as it doesn't fold back against 
metal framework like in the sedan.  I have parted a few sedans, but never an 
avant, so I can't speak to the avant rear seat mounting.  My guess would be 
they're different.

Front seats should be a piece of cake.  HTH

I have an '01 S4... and now that the B5 RS4's are getting a little older, you 
can find complete interiors for fairly reasonable prices... front/rear seats, 
front rear door panels, etc...

Needless to say, the RS4 interior bits are pretty cool, and it would be a fun 
upgrade.  However, B5 RS4's were Avant only, so my question is simple... are the 
door panels and rear seats interchangeable between sedan and Avant?

Any info appreciated.
