Martin,
I don't recall having trouble with the banjo bolt. The tricky part that people talk about is dealing with the crush washers, which tend to get in the way or fall down inside the engine compartment. I used Permatex non-hardening gasket sealant to glue the washers to the banjo end. It was surprisingly easy to get the banjo bolt threaded, and I think I got it on the first try.

I am hoping that someone could give me some guidance on how to get the high
pressure hose back on as I am having problems getting the banjo bolt that
connects the hose to the steering rack to screw back in. It came out easily
but I cannot get it to thread back in and it is in a very difficult location
to manipulate. Any advice would be appreciated as my car is now stuck unless
I can get this line back on.
Martin
