[s-cars] Looking for 92 spec build date and features info

ETKA shows the CPS behind the cam gear with a VIN split. 4A-N-100001 and on use the CPS behind the cam gear. I'm having trouble finding the tuna can, but I'll find it.

I'm also having trouble finding the strut brace, again I WILL find it ;-).
