I have nothing to contribute to this conversation, but I do find it  
interesting and insightful. I would like to share your lesson with some non  URS 
guys, so  if it is alright with you guys I have shared it with guys on  the 
Texas Audi Group. Please let me know if that makes you uncomfortable with  
that and I will remove it from there.
