[s-cars] Driveshaft aka propshaft Swap

Gentz,

My driveshaft's support bearing rubber bushing is junk, luckily I have a spare 
shaft in my Rossato-bin.
I checked the couple of references on swapping the shaft and only read about 
replacing the joints/bearing.

Is it as simple as drop exhaust and swap shafts using the marks from the old 
shaft to line up the replacement shaft?
