If you're just talking about the upper bushing, thats easy enough with a few
tools and minutes..

besides the 3 outer nuts and main strut nut, a nice long narrow punch fits
great through the bushing housing holes for alignment and maybe having to
pull up on the strut nut threads to get the strut at tall as possible while
putting the new bushing on. A gentle push down on the front end can yield a
good amount of strut height too.
