[s-cars] Alternator problem - Help!

That's the thing. Power steering is fine, so I know the belt is working.
It's a brand new belt and tensioner. I even tried to manually push on the
tensioner with a wrench (the opposite direction of how you release tension)
to tighten it up for a second. No change.
