Hi P-

Yeap. Three years S-Festless was definitely too long. And I’m amazed each
time how that casual BBQ you once had is becoming bigger and crazier every
year while still being as fun as a casual BBQ with friends. I just hope I’m
not giving birth to a future monster like yours.

As for getting up there, I think you’ll just have to raise your thumb on the
side of the road and an urS/urQ/S8/RSQuattrosumthin’ or some frankenstaudi
passing by will probably stop. So, no excuse, time to let your tent see some
northern latitude.

As usual, S-Fest was the place to be this week-end. S-Fest is like a good
wine, the more year passes, the better it becomes. Cars were incredible, the
"music" background was even more (that huge turbo with a 7A bolt on it!) and
people, well, people were as usual... no word to describe.

Then came this idea: What about a GP-Fest for the Montreal F1 Grand Prix?

Well, my so-called lawn has big flat spot than can host 10-15 tents around
the pool (although the pool would be better described as a very large petri
dish right now), there is two spare, empty bedrooms and a large office that
can host a dozen inflatable mattresses in case it rains and I'm sure I can
borrow a couple of BBQ, some tables and chairs from the Laurentians mafia,
so why not? My place is in a remote area around Ste-Adele, 50 min. from
Montreal downtown, or 35 minutes from the subway terminus in Laval so it
should be reasonnably convenient if you come for the F1 GP, not only for the
BBQ ;-)

Let me know if interested and I'll see what I can do.

Super V! Dewd! SO GOOD to see you again this weekend, the Canuckistanian
Invasion *ruled*, and seeing "THE SHIRT" come out of retirement was
hilarity! Good times me friend.

I'd be in for your threats, been meaning to 'get up there' for that I have.
Hmmmm.

Keep in touch!
