Yep - you know that Collins is ready for this though, I'm sure the minute he
made the play for the book he decided it would be his retirement route from
playing Stiggy. It knocks some of the fun out of it, although I can't blame
him... if you were the Stig and decided to retire and then had the option of
making a few mil from a book or going quietly into the sunset empty handed,
you might do the same. I thought that the Beeb was pretty furious at the
last guy being outed so I would guess that they'd put a bunch of contract
riders about revealing his identity in there and might have a case...
although again maybe Collins did the math there and is just going to eat it
aka "$X Mil in book royalties minus $X thousand in fines & damages = $till
several $M.
