Don't go beating yourself about the head unnecessarily, Paul, just  
because the list has
been doing that.  As I recall, you had a trusted adviser who named  
this a brake slave
cylinder problem and all you did was accept that.  Hmmm, this trusted  
adviser has been
strangely silent since that time, content to let you take the heat.  :
