Bill,
When you did all this work did you re-tighten with the suspension weighted?
If you dont have the luxury of easy access via a 4 post lift, you can simply
measure the hub to wheel arch dimension and carefully jack to that spec when
tightening.
Did you lubricate things before assembly? bottom of the strut bushing,
spring seat, etc.
Also might just need some time to break in. When my suspension setup was
overhauled new, I did notice a couple squeaks for the first week that went
away soon after.
