[s-cars] Investigation further - non start of ABY engine.

The Fuel Pump Relay is normally open - the fuel pump relay as wired per factory diagram
is triggered through ground (T) terminal on the fuel pump relay that passed to and
through the ECU. 

The trigger is dependent on the presence of Hall signal syncronized with the 2 flywheel
sensors.

This is not working like it should despite apparent proper sensor conections and hall
signal.

ABY Engine installed in  '90 Coupe Quattro is wired with ABY S2 harness, but obviously
something is wrong.

Is the reley resting open or closed with battery connected and ignition off. Is it using
a ground trigger instead of 12V? Is the fuel pump ground poor?
