Congrats-
I would do a couple things with one of those right away-

The "FSI" engined 2.0Ts have an issue with part of the cam wearing out
prematurely- I would make sure that you don't have an issue with that or
that it is already fixed.

Also, these cars are prone to sludge issues if they are not maintained
correctly- make sure you use the correct spec VW 505.?? oil- full synthetic.

I'll second Cody's recommendation on chip tuning- that will make the car
very fun.
