[s-cars] Fuel Line Leak

Manny;

If it has rusted through under one hanger, several others won't be far
behind.
I replaced all the lines in my S6 with 5/16" Nylon 11 fuel line. Special
compression fittings are available to mate the Nylon line to metal line, so
I left stubs of metal line front and rear and mated the Nylon line to those.
It's been running leak-free for 4 years now and it will never rust under the
hangers again :).

Subject: [s-cars] Fuel Line Leak

Fellow S-heads,

It appears that my fuel line just in front of the right side rear
wheel well has sprung a leak, likely at that hangar that holds the
line to the body.

Does anyone know what size high pressure fuel line I need to buy in
order to patch the hole?

I have searched and found some references to 5/16" diameter line for
the fix but am hoping for confirmation.

Any wisdom on how to deal with flareless ends? Just double clamp?

Any BTDT would be appreciated.

Manny
