[s-cars] urS6 Avant died after spraying engine compartment

I vote coincidence and failed ignition switch. MAYBE another option is that the starter was hot and got a burst of cold water and was hurt/killed. Test the smaller of the two wires on the starter with a test light or choose your favorite starter diagnostic method.
