[s-cars] Cam Position Sender info for pre-Feb.92 UrS4 owners

Mid-Feb.92 was the breakpoint between the cam position sensor in a vestigial "tuna can" distributor
 and the behind the cam sprocket.  While some of you might know this, the actual Hall effects sensor
is a Siemens HKZ101, the same as the one used in the behind the cam sprocket application.  As a
 result, if your tuna can cam position sensor fails, you can replace the sensor instead of the whole
 "tuna can" distributor like Audi suggests.  This is all documented here:
