[s-cars] cheap piston

I'm not blaming the mechanic. I'm suspecting the rings were not up to task
for a turbo charged engine.

The rebuild only installed new crank bearings and rings. The valves and
seats were machined too. I was recovering from a thrown rod and did not want
to invest too much to get the car running again. Unfortunately, it's my
favorite car and I can't let it go. So here I go again.

I did a leak-down, but it was pretty clumsy. The valve cover was not
removed, I just tweaked the starter until the gauges held pressure. The
cylinders would typically hold 30-40psi of 60psi. I could feel air coming
out of the oil filler opening.
