Terrible thing to happen. I like to meet at a local bank that has an armed
security guard patrolling the parking lot. If I'm buying, I tell them it's
because I don't want to get the money out unless they show up. If I'm
buying, tell them it's so we can get the bill of sale notarized. Either way
I get there early so I can be standing there chatting with the guard when
they pull up.
