[s-cars] VIN number

Jerry-
There's no way that any serious buyer, especially from a distance, would
ever consider a car without getting the VIN number.

Nothing to be worried about- from the buyer's standpoint, if the seller
refused to disclose the VIN, that would be a huge red flag and most buyers
of
cars like a Viper would not buy the car and would wonder what stories there
are with the car in question.
