[s-cars] Replacement car for urs4

I've really grown to like my wife's '05 Subaru Legacy GT wagon with a 5
speed. Its quick (hers is stock) and can be lots quicker with a DP and
Stage 2 tune, at least from what I hear. It handles better than the urS and
could be better with upgrades.....again, hers is stock. Its also quite a
bit smaller than the S6 in width and probably length which could be a
problem. As for snow performance, we have the same General Altimax arctics
on both the Subaru and the urS cars.....the urS with the locker rear is
superior but I wouldn't say that about the urS with EDL. The only thing I
really have problems with is the reliability aspect......her car has already
had a clutch replacement for a TO bearing at 70k. Turbos aren't supposed to
last much beyond 100k and wheel bearings are common to go bad. We bought
our LGT in FL with a 7 year/100k warranty and I'm awful glad I had it as all
the labor/TO bearing were covered. Other than those issues, the LGTs are
pretty damn robust. All in all, I guess I'd recommend the LGT because you
can get them fairly cheap and they fit all the perameters.
Not to trash of the V70r but they seem to have a few problems but they also
seem to be fairly expensive ones. IMO, its a beautiful car with all the
comfort/amenities I've come to appreciate but I couldn't get past the angle
gear and clutch slave problems to go and purchase one. Taka, is the car
better than I have the impression of?
