[s-cars] Sticking Pedal

I've had this happen it's a scary experience! Also made me realize how full
of shit the prius drivers were because it's pretty obvious the brakes can
out power the engine. Anyways I'd check the pedal, there's also a good
possibility that the cable has rust/crud in it causing it to stick to the
floor.
