I think you just missed the Autozone sale- 5 qts. of Syntec (any grade) plus
a Bosch oil filter for $30. They don't make a Bosch filter for two of my
cars, so it's easy- buy the combo, return the filter, net is that I get the
oil for super cheap- German Castrol is pricey otherwise.
I just bought 20 qts. that way.
I do changes every 5k for the Volvo, annually for the cars that don't get
many miles. $8.59 is nothing- try $12+ qt. for Castrol TWS.
