[s-cars] Should the piston oil squirters be replaced during a rebuild?

Fellow S-nutz,

Should the piston oil squirters be replaced during a rebuild? 
My engine had devoured a connecting rod bearing so I had planned on replacing the squirters
but there doesn't seem to be any in the US. If ordered it'll take weeks to get some from Germany.

Question #2 anybody have a set of oil squirters to sell?
