[s-cars] New fuel filter won't stop leaking

The problem was the size of the copper washer. The last installer of the
fuel filter got it to seal with the larger than normal washer than it should
have. It is very easy for this washer to go off center, and buckle when
tightened. Since the new filter came with the same size washer, I thought
everything should go OK. I have no idea how the previous one worked. I got
2 new washers from the dealer parts guy who seemed to know this was a normal
problem.
Watch the size of the washers that you get with a new filter. If they are
loose on the banjo bolt, they will cause you grief.
