[s-cars] New fuel filter won't stop leaking

Yeah, that sounds correct.  I forgot about the NPT fitting on the one side,
keeping thinking bare filter.

So, you should have a washer between the NPT and filter - check (only one
washer there, nothing else)
Washer between banjo and filter (copper)
Same size washer between banjo and bolt (copper)

sounds like your steel washer might be the culprit.

You can remove everything and clean it up with some scotchbrite or emery
cloth to smooth out any burrs.  Maybe give it a smidge more muscle when you
torque up.  Clean both surfaces of the banjo as well.

I don't remember getting steel and copper washers, I always just use
copper.  Steel is too hard and doesn't really work very well IMO.
