[s-cars] knock - update

It's been FAR longer than I could have imagined but the s6 is back where she 
belongs (my garage) couple hiccups along the way but thanks to Scott DeWitt, 
Swanson and Weldon we are up and running.

Failure turned out to be 5th cylinder wrist pin. - so lower end rebuilt and 
couple new additions:
7a cams
Rebuilt transmission with 0.60 6th gear southbend stage 3 clutch.
v8 rear diff
and lots of other little bits

Loving the 6th gear cruising at 70...

Will need to get into some more spirited driving before commenting on the v8 
diff.

Weldon bar still on the bed.
