[s-cars] BRAKE pressure hose

I changed the subject line again since the brake hose is the issue here.
I hate to dissent publicly, Steve, but the "J" hose indeed does have a
restrictor in the
flexible hose. HOH machines the upper hard line connection and places
it there during
repair since the replacement hose is slightly larger and will not keep
it in place.

There have been a significant number of power steering hoses rebuilt
at HOH that did
not perform well, causing pulsing in the rack that is felt in the
wheel. They have recognized
the problem but don't have a fix. They do retain the restrictor in
the repair. That hose had
been selling for ~ $200, so it was not a good bet. I think I would
still opt for new at $270.
