[s-cars] BRAKE pressure hose

Tom-
Corrections or outright dissent is cheerfully welcomed. I wasn't aware of a
restrictor in the J hose, and had at least 2 rebuilt without one with no ill
effects, but I've been wrong before fairly often ;-)
A missing restrictor in the rack high pressure hose has been know to cause
noisy operation. I got mine rebuilt locally for ~$100, so it was a
significant savings. Having to go back twice the first time they did a brake
high pressure hose eroded a lot of the benefit, but they know what they're
doing now.
