Note that Time-certs are a significantly better repair over a heli-coil. They make special time-certs just for repairing spark plug holes.

That car was sold to Kent Anderson in MN and I believe he helicoiled the plug hole and sold it through KAR back in the day. You may also get away with just helicoiling the head for the plug depending on how lucky you are. I think I've heard of that both here and on the QW forums.
