[s-cars] Passenger side mirror won't dip in reverse

I've had 2 B5's... an A4 and an S4.  Neither one seemed to have that feature, although I guess both could have been broken by the time I acquired the cars.  I do miss it... it's a wheel saver.

That's strange, my Mom's essentially B5 Passat GLX does the dip, well, it used 
to. Haven't had the time to fix it, and she doesn't miss it, she never parallel 
parks.
