[s-cars] Passenger side mirror won't dip in reverse

Strange they'd put it in the "B5" Passat and not the A4/S4.  I'll have to see if it's in my friend's 1.8T Passat tomorrow at work. My recollection is it has it too  (both are "B5.5"s, don't know if that matters).  And yup, I like the feature and miss it when I'm in the Saabaru.
