[s-cars] Brake Master Cylinder Replacement Procedure

Thanks Chris. I replaced the brake master cylinder this morning
following your procedure. It worked great and the brake pedal now
feels like new with absolutely no fade.
Lesson learned: Despite my best effort I spilled a lot of brake fluid
when I separated the reservoir from the MC. For anyone doing this for
the first time, I recommend emptying the brake fluid reservoir prior
to separating it from the MC. This will make for a much cleaner job.
All the brake lines need to be bled after the new MC is in, so you may
as well just change all the brake fluid, including what's in the
reservoir. Brake fluid is cheap compared to the frustration of
spillage and cleanup. Also, while the reservoir is off and empty,
check for dirt and grime inside and clean it out if necessary (and dry
thoroughly) prior to refilling.
