[s-cars] Weak alternator?

Billay,

I would recommend checking voltage to see what your alternator is putting out.
With that said it would still be a good idea to inspect the brushes on your voltage regulator, and if you have one replace it.
The brushes can get worn down without you noticing and could leave you stranded. BTDT!

If you don't have time to diagnose right now, I recommend keeping the replacement voltage regulator and hand tools in das pig in case you need them.

With that said, you described the issue when using the windshield washer/wipers. Does it also occur when 
using other devices that add a load to the electrical system? If not you may want to inspect the wiper motor, it might benefit
from clean/lube; or could be on it's way out.
