[s-cars] Weak alternator?

Using the pisser fluid last night with lights, radio on etc., I noticed
when I pulled the lever and washed windshield that the idle speed ever so
slightly stumbled.  ...POS Supercar ! ?
Is this weak battery, alternator regulator or pilot error?
I have some new brushes on the shelf, so I may brave the cool air and do
the install.  Should help my fuel pump then too I suppose.
If no fixy, then new battery I suppose.
