[s-cars] Non S-car start problem

It could be those those auto reset fuses at the ECU that don't always reset in cold weather.  Replace them with standard blade fuses.

Might be a bad electrical connection somewhere such that voltage to the ECU
is too low while cranking so it doesn't even try to run.  When
push/pull/coast starting the electronics get full battery power so it
starts.

Would be interesting to see if it starts with a jump start... one doesn't
typically think of that when it seems to be cranking OK, but that extra
boost could be enough to give the ECU enough voltage to do its thing. 

But ignition switch is a good guess also.
