[s-cars] cigarette lighter fuse

Just a clarification, that fuse says "door lock heater, lighter" not "door
lock, heater, lighter". Yes the urs has a heating element in the door lock
cylinder to unfreeze it if it's iced over. You pull the door handle to
activate it.

So, the fact that Don pulled the fuse and the heater and door locks still
work is expected. Those are on different fuses.
