[s-cars] cigarette lighter fuse

Mine did too and then I found the penny in the lighter socket.  Aren't kids

I have this problem too, but every time I put a fuse in it blows. I figure
there must be a short somewhere in the heated door locks or the lighter and
I've been too lazy to track it down.
