[s-cars] Part # for headlamp washer parts?

Yeah yeah all y'all Southern folks and (non-salt staters) trash the 
headlight washers.

Next time we have a big blizz and the whole Northeast dumps 1/4 inch of 
salt on the road you're welcome to come for a ride with me the following 
night and see how massively effective and useful the things are when 
your lenses are completely glazed over with salt crust after 4 or 5 miles.

Granted other than those situations there's not much need for them, but 
for us Yanks they are pretty kewlz.
