[s-cars] Oil Temp Gauge Fail

Hi All,

 

Today the oil temp gauge stopped indicating temperature. All other gauges
are just fine. I'm assuming that itss most likely the sender 035 919 521 B
that's located on the oil pump - found here.

Are there any other likely sources for this failure before I order part from
local dealer?
