[s-cars] Further developoments -- 94 S4 (was Assistance Needed 94 S4)

Check the S-car list on QuattroWorld. A lister recently had pretty much the identical failure. He bought the kit to helicoil the failed threads in the head and the last he posted all was well with just the helicoil repair and a new coil.
