[s-cars] Stripped wheel bolt

Folks,

One of the wheel bolt holes on the rear hub of my '01 A4 is ruining the threads on wheel bolts.

Can I use a tool to chase and clean the threads on the hub or am I looking at an R&R?

Can someone give me a pointer to the appropriate tool? I don't want to head over to my FLAPS and get something that doesn't have the correct threading.
