[s-cars] troubleshooting aftermarket HID's

Thanks to those of you that responded to me... swaping the stuff L/R is so obvious, it doesn't say good things about me that I didn't think of it before I posted!!!
 
Without checking, my hunch is a bulb or ballast, not the car wiring or fuse, but I'll check.
 
Any more comments re:  replacement HID kits?  Source?  Color temp?  35 vs 55w?
