Dennis,

Is this the J-hose that feeds the bomb or the hose that goes to the steering
rack?

I had my J-hose rebuilt by HOH 3 years ago.  I was happy with the 3-piece
solution:  easy to install thanks to its adjustability and the rubber
section can be more easily replaced in the future if required.  I'm not sure
if the J-hose has a restrictor.  It runs at very high pressure.
  
However, I must confess that I used an OEM replacement for my rack hose.
While some listers reported a successful HOH rebuild of the rack hose
(retaining the restrictor), others reported a moaning sound from the power
steering after the rebuild.  I didn't want to take chance so I went OEM for
that one.
