Well.....Tom Green set me straight. House of Hose did a BEAUTIFUL job re-building my pump to bomb hose. They install the restrictor in one of the metal ends, and the welding and quality of work is excellent. My apologies to House of Hose. 
I would recommend them without reservation as many others here have.
Tom made my weekend as I was stewing in my own juice about what the conversation was going to be on Monday when they re-opened, and now I don't have to worry about it.
