[s-cars] PSA: Clean Your Plenum drain

That is a good thing to remind people to do.  I typically regularly do that on quattroworld but the
odd time I forget. Then the reminder is somebody posting : "My ECU got wet somehow.  How did
 this happen?"

One of the comments made (kinderutz who is now an Audi tech) is that Audi recommends the
 removal of the bladder valve on the later models - so removing it on our C4 UrSs is likely a wise
 "upgrade"/delete.
