[s-cars] Busted gas pedal

Plenty of BTDT.  This is one of the S4 parts that we fondly say has a 100% failure rate.  You can get a new pedal or repair the one you have.  I repaired mine many years ago with a cabinet door hinge of the proper width and pop rivets, using a drill to make recesses for the rivets.  It has worked like a champ ever since.
