JPM Hydraulics in Lowell will make just about anything you walk in with. They have a huge selection of hardware but can also reuse the ends if needed.  Good guys.  Just bring the hose in hand as they prefer to have the real deal in hand to make something vs making to a spec to be sure its exactly right.  Fast turnaround too at least for little stuff...
