Go back to the stock waste gate spring and stock perch height.
I have a full RS2'ed 3B with MTM software and fooling around with the
waste gate spring led to no good results for me.  1.9bar is 27.6psi. Let
the ECU do the work. Your boost control runs open loop with that spring
in there.
