[s-cars] Have 034 Coolant Hose Replacement Kit

A bought a car that the PO had installed the 034 silicone hose kit. Despite
spending a lot of time, aggravation, and money replacing all the clamps per
034's recommendation, they still leaked.

I gave up and bought stock hoses. YMMV.

While you're in there, I'd replace the plastic bits that are prone to
failure. In no particular order:
- Thermostat housing
- Heater control valve (under the cowl cover)
- Coolant "Tee" (behind motor)
- Heater hose outlet on the back of the block.
