[s-cars] disable warning buzzer

Jerry-

I believe the item which buzzes (or chimes, ie when the lights are left on and key off) is actually a relay with a
Small "speaker" cone in one end of it. 

On my 92 s4 it was accessible once you pulled the IC. Location may be different on the 93, but you should be able to locate it once the IC is out of the way. 

Just disconnect it. Be aware that all your reminder alarms/chimes etc will no longer be audible of course.
